  • Processing times vary by product, particularly for personalized and curated items. Items that are in stock will process within 2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Orders are shipped through the carrier and service shown at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your package is on its way.

  • Reach out to us through our contact form with your order number to request expedited shipping. Faster shipping does not always shorten the preparation time, so please contact us before ordering if you need your package by a specific date.

  • Because book boxes and personalized products are assembled or made for each order, return eligibility may vary. Non-personalized products must be returned unused and in their original condition within 30 days of you receiving it. Personalized items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If you have questions please reach out.

  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has entered production, been personalized, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

  • Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Select products may offer personalization, such as names, initials, or gift messages. Available options will be shown on the individual product page. Because personalized pieces are made especially for you, they may require additional processing time.

  • Purchase our You Choose book box, complete our questionnaire, and let us build it for you! If it is a gift and you would like to know the book included please indicate this in the form.

  • We do offer gift wrapping! Make sure to select it from our Add Ons or reach out to us directly.

Book Box FAQ

  • Each box includes a thoughtfully selected book and a collection of themed gifts designed to create a complete reading experience. The exact contents vary by collection and are listed in each product description.

  • Some boxes allow you to select from available titles, while others are designed as surprise or “blind date” experiences. Check the individual listing for its available options.

  • Most books are new unless the listing specifically describes them as vintage or gently used. Vintage books may show signs of age, including light wear, inscriptions, or yellowed pages. We believe these details are part of their charm and will note any significant flaws.

  • If a box offers multiple title choices, you may select the book during checkout. You can also leave us a note with major titles the recipient already owns, and we’ll do our best to avoid duplicates when the listing permits substitutions. If it turns out the recipient does own the book they receive please contact us and we can do an exchange.

  • Yes. Add your message in the gift-note or order-notes section at checkout, and we’ll include it with the package.

  • Yes! Collections may feature romance, fantasy, witchy fiction, classics, mysteries, women’s fiction, literary fiction, and seasonal themes. Available genres will change as new boxes are introduced.

  • Some boxes may contain individually packaged treats, tea, coffee, or other consumable items. Ingredients and allergen information are provided by the original manufacturer. Please review the listing carefully and contact us before ordering if the recipient has allergies or dietary restrictions.
