A New Bookish Experience

A dear friend recently asked me, “What do you think of when you hear the word keepsake?” He was asking about the name Stories & Keepsakes.

My slightly flippant answer is that it is not something you use once and toss, or place on the side of the street beneath a sign labeled Free.

The longer, more honest answer is that a keepsake is something that makes you pause. You may admire its quality or appreciate how clever it is. You might place it on your shelf or decide that, while it is not quite for you, you have a friend who would love it and they would keep it.

Stories & Keepsakes is about connecting with something you love. If you are here, you likely love to read and be transported. This shop is meant to enhance that experience, making it richer and more well-rounded.

In practice, that means we are building a few key categories:

The shop opens Monday, August 31. This is only the beginning, and I cannot wait for you to join me.
